The weather so far this year hasn't been too favourable, aside from the odd few hours of sunshine it's been pretty much rain rain rain. Obviously the idea of staying in snuggling up watching Disney movies with Abbie whilst she happily obliges for 9 hours, isn't actually very realistic at all, she's 3, she needs attention allllllll day! (Who programmed that?)
So when I woke up yesterday morning to a weather report only that of sunshine, I got a little bit excited.
So we decided to go out as much as possible, give Abbie that fresh air she so desperately needed (and me), so at 9.30 we headed off to a huge park we don't really go to that often, but it has everything Abbie needed to let off some steam, the frost was not yet thawed and the sky was bright blue so great for some pictures!
I hadn't used my camera yet this year, so made sure it was fully charged and took a bunch of photos whilst we were out! In the afternoon we headed to a lovely nature centre, somewhere Abbie loves but again we hadn't been for a while! Full of animals, ride on toys, swings, slides, roundabouts, little places to explore, a Wendy house and a couple of huge trampolines, Abbie's idea of heaven!
