Storyline: Emma is kidnapped by a crazed man obsessed with hats. Meanwhile, the Evil Queen convinces a magic wielder to send her out of the fairy tale world and transport her to Wonderland so she can steal an artifact from the Queen of Hearts.Trivia: Behind the opening title, the Caterpillar's Mushroom can be seen in the woods.

Injoke: The Caterpillar is voiced by Roger Daltrey, lead singer of the rock band The Who. When Jefferson and Regina enter Wonderland, the Caterpillar turns to them and slowly asks, "Who... are... you? One of The Who's most famous songs, which is also used as the theme to the original CSI, is "Who Are You?"
Despite his name being featured in the promos, Roger Daltrey gives an uncredited performance as The Caterpillar, and only has three words of dialog.
