Olympic Winners: Skincare Edition

By Behindtheseclosedeyes @theseclosedeyes
The second instalment of my Olympic winners series comes to you with my current skincare favourites and they probably won't be too much of a surprise as the products are either cult blogger favourites or items that I have already raved about. I don't even want to imagine the horrible dry and patchy state my skin would be in without these products so I think that is testament enough as to just how well they do their job!
Olympic winners: Skincare edition
Taking the bronze is my beloved Superdrug Vitamin E Moisturising Day Cream which is my go-to moisturiser and has been for quite a while. I'm sure you'll already know just how much I love the Vitamin E range after giving it a post of its own a little while ago, but this cream is certainly no exception with its pleasant scent, rich consistency and the added bonus of an SPF as well!
Coming next is Soap & Glory's The Fab Pore Facial Peel which is my savior face mask when my skin is playing up, especially with breakouts all over my chin. I've seen a reduction in dry patches, active breakouts, blackheads and large visible pores around my t-zone which has been great as it takes care of so many problems at once. A godsend for lazy people, believe me.
And finally.. taking gold is the ever popular (and rightly so) Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser which has completely changed my skincare routine, especially in the evenings. I previously relied solely on makeup removing wipes but now that I have used this cleanser I couldn't ever go back because it really does leave my skin feeling so clean and refreshed. Whether you are looking to remove makeup or simply give your skin a bit of a boost, this cleanser will soon become your best friend.
