Olympic Winners: Haircare Edition

By Behindtheseclosedeyes @theseclosedeyes
Another day.. another set of products to give some awards to! Today I've got my current haircare favourites and they probably won't come as a surprise as they're staples in my everyday haircare routine, especially since I have such long and grease-prone hair (lovely, I know). So here we go, today's medal winners are..
Olympic winners: Haircare edition
Taking bronze is my new favorite shampoo which is the Boots Ingredients Coconut & Almond Shampoo. It is such an affordable bottle of shampoo which comes in at around just £1.29, and after using it for the past month I can safely say that my hair has been looking great. It has been feeling a lot less dry and so much shinier than before which is always a huge plus, and with it lathering up so easily you only need to use a small amount each time.
Coming in next is my beloved Tangle Teezer which is an absolute must for my very knotty hair. Honestly, I can comb it through after coming out of the shower and when it comes to blowdrying my hair will be tangled again, total nightmare! This brush is fantastic for getting rid of the tugs without any pain or difficulty and its shape palm-like makes it so easy to hold. A bit of an investment at around £10 but definitely worth it in my eyes.
And finally.. the gold goes to Batiste Dry Shampoo for being my absolute savior on second-day hair. I've already mentioned that my hair is prone to greasiness quite quickly after washing so dry shampoo is a must, and with the tropical scent being so yummy you really can't go wrong. Application is so easy and I'm always left with fresh looking roots again, so a big HOORAY for dry shampoo as I really don't know how I'd manage without it!
