One of our favorite celebrities, Olivia Wilde, debuted a new haircut on Saturday night at the 23rd Annual Palm Springs International Film Festival Awards Gala. She wore a form fitting black gown with lace cutouts by Monique Lhuillier, with stunning jewels by Cartier.
