Ohh… I Rocked It

Happy Friday guys!

We all know what happens on Fridays around this little blog… bbq and cookies!!

Get ready for the magic. Since I’m really feeling a difference with all my new clean eating I wont be splurging and having both my usual tri-tip sandwich and a cookie. So I decided I’d treat myself to a soy latte for breakfast.

Such a great swap, right?!



I stopped by the ‘Bucks on my way to work and ordered a grande soy latte. I also snatched this bag of dried apple rings. I’m liking this feeling hungry in the morning stuff. Any excuse to eat more yummy food.


more real fruit loops. Now all I need is a rainbow tucan and a bowl of milk.



… I can be extra cheesy and weird in the morning before I’ve had breakfast.




Guys! I rocked it at the gym last night!!!


I stepped on the cybex trainer at 10:30pm and I stepped off at 11:29pm. Ha!

I’d planned to do a pyramid interval but I got really engrossed in the first book in the Divergent Trilogy. Funny… I’d just told Max how I wasn’t really liking it and thought I’d probably quit reading. Typical. Now I’m hooked.

Anyways 1 hr on the cybex at level 15 for 730 calories burnt and I’m 1 day closer to my (hopefully) half marathon in September. Yay!

what are you most looking forward to this weekend?
sleeping in. I haven’t gotten to sleep in past 7am in 3 weekends.
