Diego Rivera was a painter and muralist born in Guanajuato, Mexico, and is now thought to be one of the leading artists of the twentieth century. He wanted to make art that reflected the lives of the working class and native peoples of Mexico. To honor his memory, I have created a mural that combines two of his most memorable images of women and children.
