The second (and final) FULL ON GLAMOUR fashion show tonight comes courtesy of the lovely ladies of Marchesa. Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig, the very talented design duo behind Marchesa, are known for the ornate designs and tonight was no different.
Clearly taking their inspiration from India, the ladies interweaved their signature style with that of the heritage they so respect and, in so doing, created some very memorable looks. Their take on the traditional sari was a favorite as it showed that they can make ornate pieces without a stitch of Swarovski crystal.
I was also very happy to see their use of blue and yellow together. This moonlight combination is one of my favorites right now and I am very pleased it will be staying with us into spring.
