The Look: Katie applied butter LONDON Nail Foundation to the nails followed by the new butter LONDON Nail Lacquer in Leccy – a sheer, blue opal fleck overcoat (out October 2013). She placed colourful holographic foil down the center of six nails and completed the look by adding a glitter tip to three accent nails.

“The ICB girl is effortless and definitely has a downtown vibe, so when speaking with Prabal about the look, we wanted the nails to be fun and rave inspired,” said Katie Jane Hughes, butter LONDON Global Colour Ambassador. “This look is really playful and almost feels like something this girl would create herself before heading to a party.”
