So, what is the full list of ingredients? You'll need:
  • One pound of brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2/3 cups of fresh cranberries
  • 1/3 cups of fresh gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 1/3 cups of pecans
  • 1/2 cups of barley

  • Dashes of salt and pepper
And here's how to make this great-tasting dish:
  • First, prepare and cook the barley according to the packaging. Next, mix together the cranberries, olive oil, and sprouts in a large pan over medium to high heat. Use dashes of the salt and pepper for taste as desired. Let it cook for about ten minutes (or shorter if needed).
  • Now, add in the balsamic vinegar and maple syrup to the pan, making sure to stir it in so that all the ingredients are coated evenly and finally remove it from heat.
  • Toss together the barley, cranberries, brussels sprouts, and pecans in a large mixing bowl along with the gorgonzola cheese. Serve as is.
