November Favourites

By Behindtheseclosedeyes @theseclosedeyes
I can't tell you just how excited I am now that we're almost into December and Christmas seems to be right around the corner! It's the last day of November so what better time to write about the products I've been loving during the past month, and it has been a month of sticking to staple makeup items and trying out a few more.

November seems to have been the month of palettes for me as I've been a faithful user of both the NARS One Night Stand palette and the Urban Decay Naked Basics palette. The NARS One Night Stand palette has quickly become the most prized possession in my makeup bag and for good reason too as it includes 6 gorgeous powders for the face. There's a lovely choice of blusher shades (Mistinguette, Orgasm, Deep Throat & Goulee) as well as a lovely bronzer (the very famous Laguna) and a highlight shade (Devotee which is limited edition). Unfortunately you won't be able to get your hands on this limited edition palette as it's now out of stock on the Space.NK website but I'm hoping it will come back again before Christmas.
The Urban Decay Naked Basics palette has been my go-to eyeshadow palette ever since it came through my letterbox in September and it is still getting a lot of love. This palette gives you a great selection of neutral shades and what's lovely is that 5 out of 6 of them are completely matte so you can create gorgeous eye looks which look so natural. Look Fantastic currently have this palette on offer at £18 so you'd better be quick! I'd feel a bit lost in the mornings if I didn't have both of these palettes so they just had to be included in this month's favourites.

I've only recently posted about the Topshop Lips in The Damned but I had to include it in my November favourites as I've fallen in love with it and gotten so much wear out of it already. It's such a pretty berry toned pink shade that is absolutely perfect for this time of year and the formula makes me love it even more as it's so creamy with a semi-matte finish. Anybody who is lusting over MAC Rebel should give this lipstick a swatch!
My final favorite is another product I've recently reviewed and it's the Lush Shampoo Bar in Seanik. The solid bars of shampoo always had me curious so I finally bit the bullet and bought one, and I have to say I'm so glad I did as it has been great for my hair. The seaweed and sea salt formula does wonders for my hair as it leaves it looking super clean, shiny and also a bit more voluminous so I've been very impressed. I've still got so much of the bar left to use so I'm sure it'll last me quite a while which is always a plus.
What have you been loving this past month?
