Can you believe that up until 2 years ago, I never pencilled in my eyebrows.. And what's even more shocking is that my eyebrows are naturally white! Yep, I looked like I had no brows at all!
Since then I've tried various pallets & eventually stuck with the MUA pro-brow kit, opting however to use my own brow sculpting brush rather than the small one provided.
After misplacing my brow brush last week, I decided to branch out to a brow pencil instead. I have used them before, but mostly cheaper options, and the majority didn't impress me. However my Mama is an avid No7 user so whilst in the small Boots at Leeds train station , I decided to give the No7 beautiful eyebrow pencil a whirl.
So first off, the pencil is double ended. One side has the pencil, and the other a brush which is great for shaping your eyebrows pre-pencil. Previously I've been a squared 'scouse brow' fan but with the pencil I find it easier to achieve a rounded more natural eyebrow shape.
The pencil is a happy medium between soft and hard in texture. this means it's great for scultping and shaping, but it's also super pigmented too, so you can build up from a medium brown to a dark. - Personally I like mine darker despite my strawberry blonde locks.
I must say, I love the colour, it's a very natural shade of brown and blends beautifully with my eyebrows. And to be honest I think I may have found my new favorite brow product. I'm definitely a rounded convert, since swapping to the natural round shape, I feel it's framed my face far better than my previous scouse brow look.
So, overall I rate this product 5/5. It's practical, easy to use, great pigmentation, lovely color & the shaping brush really comes in handy if you have stray hairs. No7 I salute you for creating such a fabulous pencil!
