Last night I went to the Casman Center for the New Years Eve Rockin’ Country Cabaret with Tyler Whelan, Craig Moritz and Julian Austin.
We were given party favours, had sandwiches, wraps and snacks. Along with champagne at midnight. I sat at the Team Bibeau table of Royal LePage True North Realty. Tyler started the show and got the crowd pumped for the night. He sang a few covers and a few of his own like “Daddy Was Saturday Night” which is about his parents and “Stuff” which should be released this month.

Craig came on stage next and put on a great show. He even got on the dance floor and sang in the crowd. He mostly did his own stuff like “With You” and “Only When Your Lonely”. He also did a cover of “Springsteen” by Eric Church. Curtis Grambo joined Craig on stage to sing “I Got Mexico”.

I found there was a lengthy wait between the sets.
Julian did the countdown at midnight and then played his set singing some of his hits including “Little Ol Kisses”.
