Happy New Year, everyone!

I promised a link-up post on Wednesdays for the New Year’s Resolution Reading Challenge. And here we are. Has anyone written a review or other post related to the challenge? If so, add it to the link list below. If not, report your progress in the comments.

This would be a great time to check the sign-up post to visit all the people who are participating. The New Year’s Resolution Reading Challenge runs for all of January, so there’s plenty of time to join us!

Register for this year’s New Year’s Resolution Reading Challenge and you’ll also be entered in a drawing for last year’s Read Along book.

Today is the last day to sign up for Read Along of The Happiness Project if you want to be entered in the drawing for the giveaway book — last year’s Read Along, The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg. The drawing is at 7PM Central Time.

The winner will be announced tonight during our Twitter Chat. Join us to talk about goals and books — what a great way to start the New Year! We’ll be chatting at 9PM Eastern / 8 Central / 7 Mountain / 6 Pacific / 5 Alaskan / 4 Hawaiian. The hashtag is #WSchat.

As for my progress, I’m three chapters in to my book to support Be a Better Reader, Reading Like a Writer by Francine Prose, and I’m finding it very helpful. And, that’s it. I’m hoping to take some time today to do some more planning, because I’m going to need a faster pace to complete all the January reading I have planned.

In case you missed it, I’ve been writing a series of posts with book lists to support popular New Year’s resolutions. Today’s was on Be a Better Reader. That post has links to the rest of the posts in the series.
