How often do LOVE GOODLY boxes ship?

LOVE GOODLY boxes ship every other month.

Our boxes ship on the following schedule: Aug/Sept box ships on August 20, Oct/Nov ships on October 20, Dec/Jan ships on December 20, Feb/Mar ships on February 20, Apr/May ships on April 20, June/July ships on June 20.

How can I cancel my subscription?

For monthly subscriptions, you can cancel anytime by logging in, then going to My Account. Click on the button that says Cancel Subscription. We are sorry to see you go, and would love your feedback. If you want to cancel out of a 6 month or 12 month subscription automatic renewal, contact us directly at [email protected].

Will I receive only samples in my LOVE GOODLY box?

We carefully select a mix of full products and samples. Each box there will be a different mix of brands and products that have been carefully selected.

Will I get charged shipping on the LOVE GOODLY box?

Shipping is always free for the LOVE GOODLY box.

Can I purchase only one box?

You can purchase one box as a Gift or for yourself as a monthly subscription and cancel any time.

When will I receive my LOVE GOODLY box?

LOVE GOODLY boxes ship every other month on the 20th day of that month. So for example, the October/November box will ship on October 20, and the December/January box will be ship on December 20.

Your confirmation email you will receive after ordering will confirm which month's box you will receive. When the box has been shipped, we will send you tracking information. There may be a delay between your order and the tracking email, depending on your order date.

To find your tracking information, log in first, then go to My Account.

Sometimes a box will sell out before you place your order. In that case, we will reserve you the next available box and we will let you know in your confirmation email.. If you have any questions about when your box will arrive, contact us at [email protected].

When will I get my tracking number for my LOVE GOODLY box order?

When your box has been shipped, we will send you tracking information. There may be a delay between your order and the tracking email, depending on your order date. So for example, the October/November box will ship on October 20, and you should receive tracking up to 3 days after, and the December/January box will ship on December 20 and you should receive tracking 3 days after.

Check your confirmation email to see which month is your first box or log in and go to My Account. To find your tracking information, log in first, then go to My Account.

Can I return my LOVE GOODLY box?

All LOVE GOODLY Box sales are final. If there is an error in your shipment, or an item in the box arrives damaged, please let us know as we are happy to take care of it! Email us at [email protected].

We send your box via group shipping and cannot send your box faster.

When will I get billed for my monthly subscription?

You will be billed the first of the month that the box ships. So for example, the October/November box will be billed on October 1 and ship on October 20, and the December/January box will be billed on December 1 and ship on December 20.

Can I personalize the items I receive in my LOVE GOODLY box?

We will soon be offering the option to personalize your preferences, however, for now, we do not offer this option.

Are all of your products vegan and cruelty free?

Yes, all products sold on LOVE GOODLY and in our boxes are always vegan and cruelty free.

Do you use recycled packaging?

Yes, all LOVE GOODLY boxes are made recycled material and can be recycled.
