Everyone loves a holiday, right? And I’m sure we all have in our minds what our ideal holiday would consist of, where in the world we would like to be and what we would like to do. MY IDEAL HOLIDAY
I don’t think of myself as someone who likes to lie around the beach or pool all day catching a tan and drinking. I don’t know if it’s because I am horrendous in the heat, burning straight away and complaining how hot I am 24/7, or if it’s because I think it’s a total waste of time. I hate the thought of going to a brand new country, just to not explore and basically do nothing, not sampling the local culture and just acting like you’re at home but a bit warmer! My perfect getaway would actually be exploring cities around Europe, something which I’m going to potentially be doing in December! In December I’m going to be traveling from Paris, to Bruges, to Amsterdam over the course of a week, and I absolutely cannot wait. Although that’s exciting, it’s still not my ideal holiday. To make it even more perfect I’d take a whole month and travel around the whole of Europe, to Italy and Austria, Barcelona and Munich, Krakow and Prague, everywhere! I suppose you would call it interrailling but I must admit, I’m not one for budget hotels and cheap hostels. In my head I’m in fancy-shmancy hotels drinking champagne and dressed like Blair Waldorf…. I’m not sure if that’s going to happen though!
Now, what were the results of my test?
This made me chuckle when I saw this, as I have never been one of those people obsessed with going to America, and I hate denim shorts! I’m also so scared of the sea so I definitely wouldn’t be surfing, a bit of shopping and a few nice bars on a night though definitely wouldn’t be too bad. Maybe they got it half right! The clothes? I like the sunglasses and the vest is cute, but like I said the denim shorts would never get on my legs.
