National Incontinence Tips & Advice Center

There have been a lot of new things happening at National Incontinence: new office, new warehouse, and now, new and improved Tips and Advice Center!

Located at the top right corner of this website, the National Incontinence Tips and Advice Center is a resource guide where people can learn how to manage and treat their bladder control problems, whether it’s light bladder leakage or total bladder loss.

If you’ve visited the tips center before, you’ll notice that we’ve given it a complete makeover. In addition to improvement in terms of appearance, navigability, and usability, the new tips center offers extensive information on what type of incontinence supplies are available for men and women and which one works best for your own needs. You can even find our five most recent blog posts on the main page.

The new tips center contains 11 different categories, including Women’s Incontinence, Talking to Your Doctor, and Incontinence Treatments. You’ll also learn how to exercise your pelvic floor muscles and remove mattress urine stains and odors with our How-To Guides. You’ll even find a list of our comparison charts in one convenient place.

Although you’ll find helpful information and advice at our Tips and Advice Center, if you experience any urinary control problems, it’s best to see a doctor who can diagnose what type of incontinence you may have and how you can best treat it. If you have any questions, please contact us at 800-998-1745 Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST.
