Hi guys! Every year for the past 10 years now I have released a solo album. These are albums that I have written, performed, recorded, mixed and mastered. This may be my last full album for a while as I focus now on my writing and blogging full time but I look forward to doing some gigging in Europe hopefully in the coming months and years.
This year’s album is called Bannow Road. About 8 years ago I had to deal with a pretty nasty bully in Ireland’s training and placement organisation for the unemployed. Every week or two I’d have to march up to Bannow road in the morning and face my bully who would belittle me and my endeavors. Eventually I made a formal complaint and thankfully never had to see that person again.
Now after many years and a whole lot of healing I’m having a laugh and calling my album Bannow Road. It sounds pretty cool, right? Songs and albums named after places always have a nice ring I think.

Bannow Road is a collection of 9 eclectic recordings from the past year. The three instrumentals and six vocal tracks range from folk to rock, and from electro-orchestral to hardcore chip tune (yes it’s a thing)!
