Hi girls,
I hope you girls enjoyed reading my last post on the 7 random facts about me. So coming back to the review business I shall be reviewing one of my favorite lip balms ever. The one I am talking about is from Neutrogena called Neutrogena Lip Moisturizer - Norwegian formula. Let us see how good it is......

What does Neutrogena have to say about the lip balm:

  • Lip moisturizer with SPF 15 softens, smoothens dry, chapped lips with no waxy feel.
  • The moisture enriched formula soothes and conditions your lips keeping them healthy looking and soft in all weather.
  • Fragrance free
  • PABA free which is para - aminobenzoic acid (mostly used in sunscreens and trigger allergies)

The lip balm comes in a normal chap stick format. It is very convenient and handy. The white packaging makes it look all good and classy. It twists up and down well though if you twist a lot  I found that it doesn't twist down back easily and I need to gently press it on the top. I have experienced this sometimes with other lip balms too. The cap is good and shuts well so you can easily carry it in your purse while traveling.

The lip balm is nothing but a clear moisturizing lip balm which claims to heal, dry and protect chapped lips. It talks about some Norwegian formula  which I have no idea at all. It glides on smoothly on the lips. It is neither too glossy nor waxy just perfect in my opinion. This is a really excellent lip balm for all especially those with dry and chapped lips. I have been using this for so long and I truly love it. It has SPF 15 which is a must now a days so full points on that. Due to its formula it can be easily used over or under any lipstick for moisturization. It does not leave a white cast on the lips.  It lasts well on the lips, even after you eat something you feel that it is there but I would recommend reapplying. It does what it claims keeps your lips moisturized and helps you get rid of chapped lips.

The Good:

PABA free.
Inexpensive.
Easily available.
Very noisturizing.
Contains SPF 15.
Heals dry and chapped lips as claimed.
Does not leave a white cast on the lips.

The not so Good:

The twist down problem (may be its only with mine??  not with all )

Rating: 4.5/5

For the price point and the brand name this is surely a winner according to me. It makes my lips soft, supple and helps me get rid of chapped lips. What more can you ask for. I highly recommend you to try this as winter is approaching. I hope you liked my review and found it helpful. Please feel free to leave a comment. I read and answer all of them.

Love,

Neurogena Lip Moisturizer
