I have two polishes to share with you for Pink Wednesday! The first is Neener Neener Nails Simply Pink, which is a clear base with pink holographic microglitter.

It applies really well, with great glitter coverage, but I wouldn't wear it on its own because of how sheer it is. I used two coats in the pictures above. The second polish is Cult Nails Kiss My Rose Bush from her recently released In The Garden Collection. It's a "classic pink" that dries to a wax finish.
The formula for Kiss My Rose Bush is slightly thick, but it applies well. You guys know me and my need for a glossy finish, so this was really interesting for me. It wasn't too bad though. Here, I used two coats with no base or top coat.

I then decided to combine these two somehow for a pretty pink mani!
On my index, middle and ring fingers, I applied Kiss My Rose Bush. I added a coat of Simply Pink on my index finger. For my pinky, I applied three coats of Etude House Extreme Jewel. I finished the mani off with Seche Vite Top Coat.

I used no base coat for this mani because with the two base coats I tried (Seche Clear and Nail Magic), once I added Kiss My Rose Bush, the polish started to crack, like a crackle polish. It was really weird and I reached out to Maria and she was really great with trying to help me figure out what was going on. Long story short, I need to try another base coat and make sure it dries completely. I haven't seen anyone else have this problem. I'll keep you guys posted. What do you guys think of Today's Pink Wednesday mani?
