Neen Aquaflex Review
Pelvic floor muscles seem to be talked about a lot within the pregnancy/mum circle. I know when I was pregnant and soon after the birth, I was constantly told to do my exercises. I did try to do them, especially when I was pregnant, but after having Sienna, I didn't really remember to do them. I felt I had a lot of other things on my mind!
Some women feel embarrassed about talking about these kind of things, however, I feel that it is important to raise awareness and talk about it. It can be an embarrassing issue for some women but it doesn't have to be that way. With the Neen Aquaflex Pelvic Floor Exercise System, you could see results in 12 weeks and don't need to tell anyone.

I have been trying this out as after giving birth, my muscles down there are definitely not what they used to be. Don't get me wrong, I don't have incontinence but I do find if I am washing up or something, I suddenly get that urge to pee. I have managed to get to a toilet and have never had any accidents but it could be embarrassing if I was out. At 22 years old, that is not something I want to be dealing with!
As we know we would like another baby one day, I have been trying to do my exercises with this machine to strengthen them before I put them through another pregnancy and birth. It is very easy to use and easy to progress the weights when you see improvement. Having the system in the bathroom and me being able to visibly see it has helped me remember and I have been sticking to it, it only takes 20 minutes so I usually do it whilst doing my make-up or hair! How glam ;) I'd really recommend this if you are looking to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles either before or after pregnancy.
Do you get embarrassed talking about things like this?
