National Incontinence Moves into Its New Home

These past few months have been very busy for us, as we’ve been planning to expand our business by moving into a new and larger location in Fulton, Md. Well, we’re very happy and excited to announce that we’ve finally moved last Monday!

The location is three times larger than our old one in Ashton, Md., which gives us ample room for our continued growth. Our customer service representatives now have a quieter call center, new phones, and additional work areas. The finance and ecommerce departments are also enjoying their larger spaces.

But, one of the most exciting features of the new facility is the warehouse. It allows much more room for our constantly-growing inventory. After shelving all of our adult briefs and waterproof bedding, we actually couldn’t even believe how all of the products fit into our old location! We’ve also developed a new system for the warehouse so that we can get your incontinence supplies shipped to you as efficiently and quickly as possible.
