I've decided to enter Nail Polish Canada's Summer Nail Art Challenge. When I think of summer, I think of fun, bright colors. I decided to do a simple, yet fun jelly sandwich for this challenge with She Nail Polish's Heat Wave, a gorgeous neon jelly, and OPI Rainbow Connection.
