My Week On Wednesday is a weekly post in which I share with you what I've been reading, what I'm reading next, and any other bookish news that has happened in the past week.
Just shelved:
I finally finished the last of my review books for February (a little late, but it was a busy month!) and have posted a review of One More Thing and will be reviewing The Half Brother this week. One More Thing was awesome and has me feeling much more positive about short story collections. The Half Brother was more of a difficult read for me, as the style and plot weren't my cup of tea.
Currently reading:
I'm nearly halfway through this one, and I'm really not sure what to make of it yet! On the one hand it is more of a downer than anticipated, but on the other hand I've learned a lot about gators.
Next up on the TBR list:
This is always a hard question since I'm such a mood reader! But right now, as I sit here, these are the ones that jump out at me the most.

Okay, so this one isn't anything to do with books, but it amused me so much that I just had to share it. You can see why, right?
In other news:
Julianne from Outlandish Lit and I were bored one night last week, so we started reading this book. We'd read a chapter, then chat briefly about our impressions before moving on to the next one. I haven't ever done this before, but I had so much fun! I think I'm must more into the book than I otherwise would have been, and I've enjoyed hearing what someone else thinks as we're reading. I mean, the whole point behind book blogging is talking to people who have read the same books as me, and this is one step better!
