My Spot Busting Routine

My spot busting routineL-R: Soap & Glory The Fab Pore Facial Peel, T-Zone Spot Zapping Stick, Soap & Glory Scrub Your Nose In It
Lately I have been a bit lazy with skincare as I've been so busy with uni and work, especially when it comes to face masks and treating blocked pores. A quick cleanse and moisturise has been about as much as I've felt like doing in the mornings and evenings and as a result the spots are making a re-appearance around my cheeks and chin. So I've made it my mission to make my skin happy again! I've already mentioned these products in blog posts but thought I'd put together a little summary of the my spot busting routine and the products I couldn't live without when my skin is having an off-day. My first port of call is the T-Zone Spot Zapping Stick and I'm sure you're all probably fed up of me mentioning it, but it really is a godsend when it comes to calming down breakouts and treating angry looking spots. It does this by using tea tree oil to dry the affected area, making it easier for the spot to heal over and eventually disappear. After this I tend to rotate the two Soap & Glory products as full face masks which I use about two or three evenings a week, although Scrub Your Nose In It is a fantastic product for concentrating on the nose and t-zone area as it works wonders with blackheads and blocked pores. Of course this routine also includes a good cleanse, tone and moisturise in the mornings and evenings and for this I've been using my Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish, Simple Kind to Skin Soothing Skin Toner and Simple Kind To Skin Hydrating Light Moisturiser. What are your skincare saviours when it comes to spot busting?
