I call this salad my desktop salad coz I prefer eating a wholesome salad when working from home. I whip it up whenever I am crunch on time and need instant refueling. It is a very fresh, healthy, gluten-free salad that needs just a few ingredients, which you all probably might have in your refrigerator right now...

For my 'Peach Walnut Crush' aka Desktop Salad you need :
Arugula greens Fresh Peaches Fresh Blueberries Feta cheese or Goat cheese ( your choice ) Walnuts
DIY dressing:
2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette 1 tsp lime juice 1/2 tsp chilli flakes salt to taste
Mix the salad green with the fruits and top it off with the desired amount of the DIY vinaigrette. Simple and quick !
