My Exercise Routine

I try to do this 3-4 times a week, Not only is it good for your booging, but you’ll feel better for it and look better!

I do 30-45 minutes Functional training (this Wikipedia article explains what it is!). I had a free half hour personal trainer session when I joined my gym, and I got a great routine that targets the core muscles and improves cardiovascular health.

Then I swim for around another 45 minutes. I try to get in as many lengths as possible in the 45 hours, mostly just swimming along at a regular pace, but occasionally putting lots of effort into a burst of power , mimicking paddling for a wave.

Outside of the gym, I walk most places instead of drive for short distances. Use stairs instead of lifts where possible and generally try to stay as active as possible.
