Finally comes the most awaited brand of the year launched by the most sought after makeup artist in the world. Charlotte Tilbury launches her own makeup line with a great thought and a great cause to empower women with her tricks of trade to make them all look fabulous and beautiful.
Charlotte's 10 Women - are the looks she has created on the beautiful model Sonya Gorelova to help everyone achieve these looks easily and beautifully. Although they are only retailing in Selfridges in UK, I pray that they ship internationally like Illamsqua and all. Although this is a luxury line (Charlotte created the Tom Ford makeup line so you know where she comes from) I am sure there a lot of products which are high quality and unique. Of course with 20 yrs in the industry, you can imagine what a magical line this is.
I have my favorites and I am making a list.....here are my few favs...
MAGIC CREAM
Its really a magic cream. Charlotte Tilbury claims to use this since 20 yrs and I can really see the magic happening. She does apply this on celeb clients, models, in the runways, on photoshoots and practically to everyone she meets. That makes it even more interesting. The ultimate hydration from a Hyaluronic Acid compound, the magic cream contains rose hip oil and camellia oil to boost hydration and also take care of any stress levels on the skin. What more do we want?
AIR BRUSH FLAWLESS FINISH COMPACT POWDER
I just want this!! I have always got impressed on finely milled compacts and this looks like a great addition. Charlotte knows her trade well as she has created some of the finest products not only for Tom Ford but also for Helena Rubinstein, Giorgio Armani, MAC and MyFace cosmetics.
FILMSTAR BRONZE AND GLOW
Its great to have a sculpting powder and a highlighter in one case. It helps create the most killer features and its something everyone can achieve. This looks to be as a powder version of Tom Ford's Shade and Illuminate and way cheaper than theirs.
CHEEK TO CHIC Swish and Pop Blush in Love is the Drug
This looks like a gorgeous rosy pink blush which is my all year round favorite. I loved her concept of swishing the outer color on the cheeks to create a healthy flush and then adding a pop of color from the core of the product. Isn't it all easy?
FULL FAT LASHES MASCARA
Who understands mascara as good as Charlotte? Being a mascara fanatic herself (she is known to create those iconic Helena Rubinstein Mascaras) I can imagine the technology that has gone with this 5 star mascara to create the most stunning lashes ever, which can be purely seen in her videos. I simply want this.....
ROCK n KOHL EYE PENCIL in BEDROOM BLACK
I heard them saying that this is almost like a liquid liner in a pencil and I want to really experience this after tasting the successful claims made by Urban Decay and all. This looks like it glides like heaven....
LIFE CHANGING LASHES
I would buy this eye lash curler for its color. Its rose-gold!! One of my favorite colors and I presume the curler is as good too.
LUXURY PALETTE - eyeshadow quads...
Though all are good, I specifically liked the following..........
The Glamour MUSE
The REBEL
and
The UPTOWN GIRL
And no lip products for now.....
