Caught with the habit of making smoothies instead of juices, nowadays, since the fiber content is not lost in the smoothies. The soothing muskmelon, became more refreshing on adding the mint leaves. Muskmelon is too low in calories, skin booster and good for eyes and hair too. It is anti inflammatory, anti cancerous and contains minerals, magnesium , potassium and so on.

Cooking time NilIngredients2 cups Muskmelon/Cantaloupe (Deseeded and Chopped) 1 tbsp Mint Leaves1 glass Skimmed Milk (optional)1 tsp Sugar (optional)Procedure1. Leave off skin(yellow color). Deseed the muskmelon and chop it.2. Then in a blender put the chopped muskmelon and mint leaves, blend it.3. Add the skimmed milk and sugar and just blend for a second (if mixer grinder, just inch it). 4. Transfer it to a container. Now the refreshing Muskmelon and Mint smoothie is ready to be served.If necessary add ice cubes. Note:- When making the smoothie for kids, you can add the normal milk and sugar.
- If aiming for weight loss, then go for skimmed milk, avoid sugar.
- Instead of sugar, honey can be added.
