Taylor Swift and award shows have history, she usually wins something but they have played a huge part in her rise to stardom, we all remember the Kanye moment, right? So with the first play of her new single Shake It Off and the VMAs being in the same week it only made sense for the first live performance of the song to be at the ceremony.
