#music ACL Festival is coming - Sam SmithThem tastemakers were right again! As 2013 was concluded those 'Big in 2014' lists appeared with only one name at the top, Sam Smith. The soulful London singer already had a decent 2013 with a chart topping collab on La La La where he joined Naughty Boy and in 2012 he'd lent his voice to Disclosure's break through tune, Latch. People knew he voice but was he capable of doing it on his own? Well, it a matter of months Sam Smith left the tips of tongues of those in the know to become household name.

First it was the slightly awkward single Money On My Mind which saw his profile rocket followed by the flawless Stay With Me and the debut album In The Lonely Hour which went straight to number one in the UK before he headed to the States, performed on Saturday Night Live and everything changed for the humble pop star. Since then Sam has been back and forth over the Atlantic as both the UK and the US can't get enough him and the 22 year old has a lot to offer, his early evening set on the Friday at Austin City Limits is one not to be missed!
