Mushroom Tikka Masala -Ingredients

- Oil - 2 teaspoon
- Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Onion - 2 number , pureed
- Tomato - 2 number , pureed

- Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon
- Yogurt - 1 teaspoon ( Click here for the recipe )
- Fresh cream - 1 tablespoon ( Click here for the recipe )
- Butter - 1 teaspoon
- Bell Peppers - 1 number , chopped
- Salt - to taste
To Marinate :
- Mushroom - 1 packet , cleaned and chopped ( Click here for the recipe )
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon ( Click here for the recipe )
- Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
- salt - to taste
- yogurt - 1 teaspoon ( Click here for the recipe )
MUSHROOM TIKKA MASALA | MUSHROOM RECIPES
Method :

- Take the mushroom in a bowl , add the ginger garlic paste , red chilli powder , salt , yogurt . Mix well . Set aside for an hour or more .
- Take one tea spoon oil in a wok . Add the marinated mushroom and fry till they become brown in color . Remove and set aside .
- Add the bell peppers and fry till they become slightly roasted . Remove and set aside .
- Take the remaining oil in a wok . Add the cumin seeds and allow them to sputter .
- Add the onion paste and fry till they become golden in color .
- Add the tomato puree , red chilli powder , coriander powder , garam masala powder , ginger garlic paste , little water , salt and mix . cook till the oil separates out from gravy . Add yogurt and mix .
- Add fresh cream and some butter pieces and mix .
- Now add the bell peppers and mushroom and mix the contents well .
- Mushroom Tikka masala is ready to serve .
- Serve the mushroom tikka masala with some Naan and steamed rice .
