Mushroom 65 - Ingredients

- Mushroom - 1 packet , Cleaned and Chopped ( Click here for the recipe )
- Oil - For Frying
To Marinate :
- Mushroom - Chopped , 200 Grams ( Click here for the recipe )
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 teaspoon ( Click here for the recipe )
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Yogurt - 1 teaspoon ( Click here for the recipe )
- CornFlour Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Curry Powder Or Red Chili powder - 1 teaspoon ( Click here for the recipe )
- Salt - To taste

Method :
- Clean and Chop the Mushrooms as per the directions as here .
- Take a shallow Bowl , add the cleaned and Chopped Mushroom , Ginger Garlic paste , Turmeric powder , Yogurt , Corn flour Powder , Red chilli Powder and salt to taste . Mix the contents well .
- Set aside the Marinade for 30 Minutes .
- Heat oil in a shallow pan . Add the marinated Mushroom and Cook till they become Golden brown color .
- Mushroom 65 is ready to serve .
- Serve this Mushroom 65 as a starter .
Notes :
- While coking the Mushroom oozes out some water , so do not add any water while marinating.
- The mushrooms can also be deep fried . I did a shallow fry for this recipe .
