Former President General (retd) Pervez Musharraf has been transferred to his farmhouse in Chak Shahzad after the Islamabad administration declared it as a sub-jail.
The former president will remain at his farmhouse until his fourteen-day judicial remand expires on May 4 when he will be presented to Anti-Terrorism Court for the next hearing of the judges’ confinement case.
During this period Pervez Musharraf won’t be able to hold meeting without the prior written permission of Chief Commissioner Islamabad. All the rules of jail will be applicable in his farmhouse and an Assistant Superintendent Jails will be deployed there.
