Mortons House wedding photography, capturing the winter wedding of Victoria and Robin.
It was a return visit to this lovely Dorset hotel & wedding venue. With it being just days before Christmas, it was good to be on familiar territory and not too far from home.
Moreover it was a pleasure to be in the company of such a great couple, capturing their big day!
A wedding referral
Victoria and Robin are a couple that possess a wonderful shared chemistry, something that was apparent upon our first meeting whilst I photographing their friends wedding earlier last year.
They appreciated the way I worked and loved the results I delivered. There was no need to explain or promote, they understood my ethos and that I wanted their day to be just that – their day. Natural, with the emphasis being on the people and the moment(s).
Having already done their engagement shoot is the grounds of the magnificent Corfe Castle ruins, we were now going to capture their wedding in a hotel standing in its shadows.

Small, and full of charm, its inviting and an extremely relaxed wedding experience. Surrounded by roaring open fires and Christmas decor the wedding ceremony was witnessed by close family and friends in the oak panelled main room.
A wedding breakfast followed by evening entertainment, where I met up with Kate & Finn who’s wedding I had covered earlier that year. Memorable speeches followed by a choreographed first dance – it was a great day to document with some lovely moments captured.
