Vladimir Putin was in his first stretch as President of the Russian Federation when we began although we’d been around in other journalistic venues prior to the Journal’s beginning. The late Russian Orthodox Patriarch Alexei II was the spiritual leader of the Orthodox people and orange snow had fallen in Siberia, supposedly the result of sandstorms in Kazakhstan.
A lot has happened between then and now and we’ll continue to move forward with you at our side.
