While we’re waiting for the LG G4 to come out, LG is already planning its future smartphones – the company has just been granted trademarks for a range of future LG G phones.
These include the LG G3, LG G4, LG G5, LG G6, LG G7, LG G8, and the LG G9. The LG G3 has been out for quite some time now, and like we said, the LG G4 will be launched pretty soon, but other five phones are not even in the development yet (the LG G5 might be in the early development phase at the moment).
Of course, LG could easily drop this naming convention for something else, so trademarking does not mean that much in the long run, but it certainly is exciting to see what the South Korean manufacturer has in plan for us, and we can’t help but already wonder what all of these handsets will be like.
