Raita is a side dish with served with parathas or rice; this time I prepare Mooli Ka Raita or radish curd. For this recipe, you have to combine grated radish with fresh unsweetened yogurt and spices. You can add chopped green coriander and chilies for more flavorful raita. Mooli ka raita comes from Kashmiri cuisine.

Ingredients: 1 Cup Radish/ Mooli, Grated 3 Cup Fresh Yogurt, whipped 2 Green Chilies, chopped 2 Tbsp. Green Coriander Leaves, chopped 1 Tsp. Roasted Cumin Powder Red Chili Powder to taste Black Pepper Powder to taste Salt to taste
Instructions: Beat the yogurt until to smooth and thick consistency. Add grated and squeeze radish, green chili and coriander in curd and mix it. Add spices as per tastebuds and serve chilled.
Notes: You can add pomegranate seeds for more colourful raita.
