I thought you were my ever after,
but tears replaced the fun and laughter…
And though we never really said goodbye,
what happened to us we wonder why…
I deeply regret what I have done,
it might be best if I’ll be gone…
For I can never heal your wounds,
It’s something I’ll carry ’til I’m in my tomb…
Do you ever think about what could have been?
Or if we’ll ever get out of this ravine?
This could be the end of our chapter,
Too bad it’s not a happy ever after…
