The hustle and bustle of Christmas is gone, the new year has begun and Our Baby Blog has a lot planned for this year, I have my TWO YEAR anniversary in March, two years! I can't really believe it! It's been such an amazing few years and I'm looking forward to the next 2 :).
Anyway, I'm blabbing now..I though I would start the week with a post I used to do every Monday, our week in Instagram photos, plus the captions underneath I hope you enjoy them and if you want to follow me on IG, my username is ourbabyblog! :)Enjoy :)x
1. She loves her new toys! I actually got a bundle of wooden toys from eBay recently, I paid a total of £18 for well over 20 toys, all in perfect condition too, such a bargain!
2. Pretty girl - Probably her favorite toy she got for Christmas, I put her favorite 4 books in one of the corners so she will happily sit in there and read them to herself for 20 mins, we'll just hear a random 'meow' or 'roar' as she's finding certain characters ha!3. She emptied her toy basket, led down and rested her head in it...she stayed like this for 10 mins...Toddlers will be toddlers eh, i'd just tidied up her toys for the night when she decided they looked much better on the floor and the basket was better as a pillow..she has started to just randomly lie down in the middle of the room too recently which is adorable!4. How I started the new yearShe woke up just before midnight so I snuggled her against my chest and she fell straight back to sleep, as much as I wish she would sleep through the night, when she looks this cute I try to remember than she won't want to do it forever and to treasure it, she slept straight through the fireworks too :)5. Big girl hairstyle! - Her fringe is getting so long, it keeps going into her eyes and Ben keeps insisting we get it cut but I just can't bear to..so I gave her a grown up look which keeps it all out of her face, and also makes her look about 4!6. Boxing Day sales + Super organized mommy = A Santa sack full of presents for next year! I know it might seem a little extreme but the boxing day sales were INSANE this year, I couldn't miss the chance to get ahead and be more organised for next year, I literally got most things half price which was amazing! I've wrapped them all up so I don't get tempted to give her any....7. Morning yoga session!She woke up in such a good mood, she always does but this time she was super rested after only waking up three times (trust me, that's amazing for her), she was all cuddly and excitable and extra cute! She was jumping round the bed and giggling too before starting her morning yoga session..8. Tired house all round today zzzNo-one slept the night before this photo, we were all zombies and grumpy so Abbie & Ben were cuddled up watching things on the iPad whilst I made myself a cuppa and tried to function before Ben went off to work!9. Remember those days when you could eat your dinner without a toddler pinching it?She loves watching me cook, if i'm in the kitchen she has to be there too, she then follows me out of the room and waits for me to put my plate down then she's in, she will eat just about anything at the moment which is amazing, she has a great appetite and loves her pasta and veg especially!
