Mmm....mexican

I used one of my Groupons today and treated myself to lunch at el camino in Denver.  I hadn't ever been there before but I try to buy Groupons for cool-looking new places occasionally as a way to get myself out to explore a bit.  It turned out to be a great little place although the service was a tad slow and I was anxious since I had promised my co-workers I'd be in to work in the early afternoon.  They even had some live music which was kind of fun.
I got a homemade limeade plus the 'molettes' which was a sort of open face mexican breakfast sandwich with scrambled eggs, beans, manchego cheese, and salsa.  I ate it all...and it was delicious!
