Miss Claire Glimmersticks for Lips in Sandy Pink

I hope your week is going good so far. My today's review is a lip liner from Miss Claire.I have reviewed 2 lip liners before and this one is called Miss Claire Glimmersticks for lips in  SANDY PINK. Let us see how good it is....

Price: Rs.50/- for 1.8g. I got it for 30 bucks :p

The lip liner comes in a wooden pencil format. It has a silver cap which is nothing fancy.The color of the pencil matches with the actual color of the lip liner. Hence it is easy to choose the shade you may wish to use from your make up vanity. Miss Claire is a brand readily available in my city but I know some places it may be hard to find. As far as I know you should be able to find them in most metros.

The shade is a pretty pink more on the darker side. I had reviewed FLORAL PINK before on my blog , this one is one shade darker than that lip liner. The lip liner is  a bit on the dry side. If you wish to use it alone over the lips I would suggest you use a clear lip balm or gloss over it but as a lip liner to line your lips it is perfect. Since you have to sharpen it, there is a lot of product wastage, but then its so cheap that you can always repurchase these without burning a hole in the pocket. I am a person who will never spend on lip liners. The funny part is that many lip liners are equivalent to price of lipsticks. I rather buy a lipstick than an expensive lip liner  which gives me a mini heart attack...Lol... The staying power is good if used to line the lips, if used on its own may not last that long.The Good:

Affordable.
Beautiful shade.
Decent packaging.
Color of the pencil matches the actual shade.

The not so Good:

Availability.
Product wastage due to sharpening.

This lip liner and most shades are worth trying. If you find them where you stay just grab them all. I recommend this shade to all. Truly worth the 50 bucks !!!
