Mini Popsicle Stick Challenge

Popsicle sticks now come in this cute mini 2" size, so I challenged my art journal students last week to make something out of just two of them. We brainstormed first about the possibilities, then they were allowed to attach their sticks with a glue stick and finish a drawing around them. They came up with the greatest ideas: alligator mouth, lounge chair, bow and arrow, alien hats and more. Who says kids these days are less creative? Not me!
