Help Give Shoes. The plight of the shoeless children was what moved the MILO® Marathon to spearhead "Help Give Shoes" in 2010. The country's biggest race tapped its huge participant base to support the cause. For every runner that signed up, a portion of the registration fee went to a fund. In the end, MILO® matched the total amount collected and purchased 24,200 brand new pairs of running shoes for indigent school children nationwide
Join The Cause. Register and participate in any of the MILO® Marathon race events. A portion of your registration fee (PhP10) will go to a fund for buying running shoes. In return, MILO® will contribute an amount equivalent to the total fund raised from the registration fees

Rules and Regulations
* Participants must be 18 years and above on the race day to participate in the Full Marathon (42.195K) and Half Marathon (21K)
* Participants must be 16 years and above on the race day to participate in the 10K race
* Participants must be 7 years and above on the race day to participate in the 5K Fun Run
* Participants must be 7 to 12 years old on race day to participate in the 3K Kiddie Run. They are required to have their entry forms signed by a parent/guardian and must submit a photocopy of their NSO birth certificate or current school ID
* Participants being paced during the race by a person who is not officially registered in the 37th National MILO® Marathon and accepting assistance from non-race participants will be disqualified
* Participants who do not start within 10 minutes from respective flag off will be disqualified and may not be allowed to start. No result will be given to disqualified participants
* The baggage area is exclusive for 42.195K, 21K, and 10K participants
* All 21K finishers within the cut-off time will receive a medal and loot bag
* “Gun Time” will be considered to determine the winners. Elite runners are advised to stay in front
