Milk Peda recipe is a quick or
instant version of mawa peda recipe which is made with canned condense milk and
milk powder. It is a popular sweet in North Indian region, traditionally made
with mawa or evaporated milk flavored of saffron and cardamom. But this is a
quick method to make peda at home without any fuss.

How to Prepare Milk Peda
Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
Cooking Time: 10 Minutes
Servings: 10 Pieces
Cuisine: North Indian
Ingredients:
200gm Condense Milk
1 Cup Milk Powder
1Tbsp. Desi Ghee
1Tsp. Green Cardamom Powder
Few Strands of Saffron
Chopped Almonds for Garnishing
Instructions
Cook the condense milk in non-stick pan on low
flame for 5 minutes.
Gently
add milk powder, cardamom powder and saffron and mix well. Add ghee and mix
again.
Remove
from the gas and keep aside to cool at room temperature.
Grease
ghee on your hands and give the oval shape and garnish with chopped almonds.
