Milani - Raspberry Fusion

By Marijonails @marijonails
Hi everyone!!
Today's polish was chosen by my daughter, Milani Raspberry Fusion.  For Day 29 of the 30 Days of Colour challenge, the theme is "Friend's Choice."  I decided to let my daughter choose because she loves doing stuff like that.

I wasn't surprised at all when she brought me this polish.  She loves pink and shimmer and that's what Raspberry Fusion is.  It's a deep pink, leaning fuchsia shimmer with a good formula.  It's sheer, so it requires three coats for full coverage, but it applies really well.
I decided to pair it with some nail wraps that I received from Born Pretty Store.  I wanted to include some form of nail art and thought this would be a fun contrast.

These nail wraps were fairly easy to apply.  I ended up with a small wrinkle on my ring finger, but I think that's because I was rushing.  It's not very visible though.  Removal was pretty easy for me.  For these wraps, you're actually supposed to soak your nails in warm water for 8 minutes and then use nail polish remover.  Because my hands were constantly in water when wearing them, I was actually able to peel them off easily.
I really like how this manicure turned out.  I love the lace and flower design of the wraps and it's a really fun combo with Raspberry Fusion.
What do you guys think of this manicure?  Do you ever let someone else choose your nail polish?
