Mid-October #ReadersWorkouts

Welcome to Readers' Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.

I mentioned last week that I was doing yoga to help my back after sitting too much. I did it several days in a row and it really worked! ...and I need to do it again because I sat too much yesterday.

The yoga added to my exercise minutes so I'm right on track for 1200 minutes in October.
