Welcome to Readers' Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.

I'm feeling 100% again - yay! But my exercise only picked up a little, so I'm behind on my goals for the month.

  • 500 of my 1200 minutes of exercise
  • 5 of 12 DVD workouts

To meet my goal, I'll need close to 45 minutes of exercise each day. Doing a DVD after my walk would help a lot!
