The nail paint comes in a small and sleek transparent bottle with a black cap. It mentions the name on the top and also the collection it comes from on the bottle itself. It is small sleek and travel friendly.
Maybelline had launched this Go Graffiti collection recently when the Rebel Bouquet collection was launched. They have 8 finishes and each one is worth buying in my opinion. I got to try the Pop - goes - my - Heart and I was really excited just looking at it in the bottle itself even before trying it on. 
It is a clear liquid with fine flecks of red and white dots and yes not to mention white hearts floating in the bottle. For people like me who stay away from nail art, this is the best way to instantly glam up the nails. I used it on top of the Burnished Gold nail paint from the Bright Sparks Collection which Maybelline had launched last year and it was the best thing I did to my nails. The combination looks ohh so pretty that I cannot stop staring and flaunting my nails. The Go Graffiti Nail Polish in Pop - goes - my - Heart instantly glamed up my nails and made them look like a million bucks. With a top coat it will easily last a week.
