Maybelline Baby Lips Electro Pop Lip Balm in Oh! Orange! and Berry Bomb Review & Swatches

Hi everyone,Today I shall be reviewing the Maybelline Baby Lips Electro Pop Lip Balms. They are the newest launch in India. I had seen these in a lot of fellow youtuber reviews who are based in the US. I was always keen to try this whenever it would launch in India. Lip balms are an essential part of my routine as they are a must to keep your lips soft and hydrated. Maybelline launched 4 shades in this line called Fierce N Tangy, Pink Shock, Berry Bomb and Oh! Orange. The Fierce & Tangy one is colourless and tastes like lemon while the other 3 are tinted ones. I was sent the Berry Bomb and Oh! Orange! Ingredients & Instructions for Berry Bomb

The lip balms come in black body packaging and the cap looks very artistic and color coded. The color of the balm is visible from the outside as the lip balm is a bit elevated from the tube. Hence you need to be careful while opening and shutting as you may tend to nick it. It click locks and is safe to travel with.

Oh! Orange!:As the name suggests it is supposed to have an orange tint to it. The lip balm does have  a light orange tint but does not show up much on the lips as my lips are very pigmented due to applying lipstick for years. It does make the pigmentation on my lips less hence I love it. It smells and tastes like orange but not very strong just perfect and the way I like it. It is hydrating as well as moisturizing.

Berry Bomb:When I saw the lip balm in the tube I was scared as it looked so purple to me. But when I swiped it across my lips it was a nice purple berry color. I love this one more because it gives a lovely pink tint to my lips like I would have a pink lip gloss on. The moisturization and the color pay off both are really good.  

My experience of using both the lip balms was that it was light weight, non sticky, smooth on the lips, very moisturizing and also made my lips soft and supple. One would need to touch up after a few hours but I think it is absolutely ok. These are a must try for the price.
